Development blueprints for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the images.
Furthermore featured in this recent photograph release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created development schemes to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and includes a key labelling various sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
Additional documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative process.
